There are several ways to change the password:
- via passwd command on any login node of our clusters
- by clicking on Forgot password while authenticating on https://sso.hpc.cineca.it(Only if you have already configured 2FA)
- by clicking on Update button in the Password section of your Account Security page in https://sso.hpc.cineca.it
The "passwd" command has been disabled.
If you still need to configure your 2FA but you don't remember the password, or your password is expired, the above solutions will not work. Please write to superc@cineca.it in order to solve the issue.

At the authentication time, when the system asks , click on Forgot Password. The system will ask your username and will send you a link via email for the recovery.
By clicking on the link, the system will ask for the One-time Password, click . Click on "Try another way"
Choose "Recovery Authentication Code"
