Con il termine Chiusure contabili s'intendono le procedure massive, eseguite periodicamente, per verificare la quadratura contabile delle tasse calcolate, emesse ed incassate. Questi valori vengono spesso confrontati con quanto risulta dal sistema gestionale contabile in uso presso l'Ateneo.
